Again PGL has been invited to provide entertainment on behalf of the Nicaraguan Embassy in Washington, D.C. The event is on Saturday, May 6, “Embassy Day,” when embassies are open to the public for a chance for people to be welcomed by the embassies and learn about their activities.
PGL plans include a musical dance by PGL’s gigantona, and, according to Gina Robertson, who is coordinating the PGL activities, other activities involving PGL will be in the schedule.
The doors of more than 40 embassies will be open to D.C. visitors and residents between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Visitors can travel the world as they experience the food, art, dance, fashion, and music of different countries. In the past visitors to the various embassies have been treated to karate demonstrations, dance performances, sari wrapping lessons, and henna demonstrations.
Gina says, “PGL is honored to be invited to support the Nicaraguan Embassy in its open house.”
