Why become a sponsor?
Sponsorship is a special kind of giving that builds a relationship between you and the people where Project Gettysburg/ Leon supports a project. It is our belief that your sponsorship will bring about lasting change to community members and families of the region. As a sponsor, you gain satisfaction not only from your tax deductible contribution, but also from knowing where, how, and for whom your dollars are being put to work. Sponsorship changes lives in Leon, and can make a difference in yours.
What can I sponsor?
Currently there are four different Project Gettysburg / Leon projects that are in need of sponsors. These are:
Monte Horet Pre-School Project - Become a sponsor of this program and make a direct impact on the lives of young children by helping to provide a pre-school where the children of the Monte Horet community can receive a pre-school education and a nutritious meal each day.

Colegio Salzburgo Project - Become a sponsor of this program and help support English as a Second Language (ESL) for approximately 300 grade-school students.

Solar Oven Project - Become a sponsor of this program and help empower rural women by teaching them how to construct and use their own safer, healthier and more ecologically sound solar oven.

Talolinga Ag Extension Project - Become a sponsor of this extension, outreach program and you will help 45 families in the village of Talolinga improve and increase their agricultural and family garden production, resulting in ecologically sound practices, better nutrition, and higher income.

How do I Become a Sponsor?
It is easy! Once you decide which program you would like to sponsor, simply click the "Sponsor Now" button to navigate to our state of the art, secure, online contribution area. On the donor page you sign up to be a sponsor, choose the project of your choice, select the frequency of payments (one time or monthly), the month you want to begin, and enter the information for automatic electronic deduction from your bank or your credit card. It’s simple!
